interesting!! But Unity was (and still is) European at its heart i think! Also that “nationalismisation” of engines in that post makes me thinking that best based engines usually came from Europe! Frostbite, Snowdrop, Decima, Red Engine, Glacier,..

Still wrapping my head around that you can just build brand new game logic and test it all whilst the game is running. Usually have to repeatedly wait for that 'Hold on...' loading bar that locks the entire editor. 😅

Glacier is such a playful engine to work in; its very clear it was made with team collaboration, systemic gameplay and instant iteration as a focus. Very different to any other engine i've used!
