Regret the day I opted for Croma’s @cromaretail extended 4-year warranty scheme-ZipCare for AC. No resolution of my service complaint even after 10 days. The earlier PM service few days ago shabbily done so the fan motor is burnt. No accountability. Pathetic level of service 😞

@HondaCarIndia Purchased the Honda City 5th Gen in June 2021. Some initial issues with Honda Connect. Resolved in few days. However, my phone number is tagged to multiple customers. Receiving calls related to Honda Connect from pan-India dealers till date 😓

@MapleAPR Pathetic service from Maple service Center. Given my iPad for repairs. They have directly sent me payment advice without providing an explanation of the problem. 2 emails written to them have gone unanswered. Kept holding on their customer helpline for 20mins 2 times!
