@DoctorHaz @AndreasRck2 That’s right. A less stiff wire and pull the wire to inner curve helps center and bring the EV catheter in. Thou shalt not pass! x2 on same day: difficult (>15 min) to push EvolutFX 29mm #TAVI into stenosed Perimount bioprosthesis. Anyone else having the same problem? It was saved by re-shaping the Lunderquist DC wire a lot. Is the Extended Curve Lunderquist better for this?

For Clips, we only do aspirin 81 mg daily.

@SVRaoMD @ABIMFoundation They got me for almost $1500. And the way I found out was when credentialing office at new institution said website listed I was “not certified in Interventional cardiology” when applying to be an interventional cardiologist. Hopefully something @SCAI can tackle soon.

The @ABIMFoundation now lists those who have paid for, taken, & passed the certification exam as "not certified" if they don't pay the MOC fee(s).
Anyone find this defensible?

That doesn’t make much sense- faster than PCI same day discharge ? What’s the rationale - fast discharge or gaming the system to avoid having in hospital complications? This is terrible in my opinion
