I was happy to join @NYCMayor and @DOEChancellor for the unveiling of Hidden Voices in @NYCSchools to profile #AAPI contributions to U.S history! Every child should feel valued in our history, and I can't wait to see this program expand to include the full mosaic of NYC cultures!

Today is a big milestone for the AAPI community. @DOEChancellor and @NYCMayor announced new AAPI curriculum during the AAPI Heritage month. So great to be there to celebrate this historic event.

Today I had the pleasure of joining @PS173Q , their SEL ambassadors and teachers for a SEL learning walk. What awesome things they are doing for our kids on SEL. Too many pics I want to post but can only fit a few. @MrsTestut @D26Team

Last night we rang in the new year in Chinatown with drums, cymbals, gong and lions. Today we continued to parade and finished with a little show. Wishing all that celebrate a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year.
