Hello @Coinbase, I have spoken highly about you in the past, but I also have to share the other experiences. This one has been horrible. An email chain (21 messages) that has lasted over the course of 2 weeks. The solution is really a yes or no answer, instead I have been looped around multiple times. Different agents, different solutions, when trying said solution, it doesn't work, agent gets confused, tries something else, etc. It is extremely frustrating and a waste of valuable time and energy. You are one of the largest centralized exchanges, holding millions, billions, of user funds. The customer service that is associated with it, just does not match. As someone who has holds a good amount here, I do not feel safe to continue to do so. What happens if my funds get stuck? What if I need a simple question solved. What if one of these agents does something that just does not make sense and my account(s) get paused? These are the questions I and many others ask when we have to deal with this. Please improve your customer support team. Many people trust and love your product. Allow them to continue to do so. Thank you, A Coinbase Customer

Coinbase sucks!!! My account has been under review for more than half a year and all the customer service agent can say is NOTHING, just wait, be patient. Can you trust such a virtual platform and Brian Armstrong with your money? Do not use coinbase. That’s one of the reasons thatDEFI is the future. @coinbase @brian_armstrong @CoinbaseSupport

@surojit @CoinbaseWallet OK got my answer and it’s apparently only available on the browser extension to the Coinbase Wallet. Also it’s not actually a free ETH extension. It’s a CB ID which could stand for central bank ID or Coinbase ID. still deciding if I should press except.

When I update my profile in the Coinbase wallet browser extension, it is immediately viewable in the ENS Manager! See: app.ens.domains/name/debanked.… My pics are from the browser extension.

Hearing rumors that Coinbase has - no exposure to Celsius, 3AC, Voyager, etc - no losses from our financing book, - no exposure to client or counterparty insolvencies, - no gating for client loan recalls or withdrawals, and - no changes in access to credit for our trading clients
