Our Band 2 Colleagues currently earn £9.49 an hour. In April the Minimum Wage goes up to £9.50 and we know our next pay award (due in Apr) will be delayed AGAIN. So in April our hardworking band 2 NHS workers will be earning below min wage! RT if you agree this is a DISGRACE

I can’t believe so much brought in for NHS staff…parking fees def- how did that happen?! Poor quality on site food/breaks.12 hour shifts (used to be 8 hours) & obligatory nights have older experienced staff exhausted & leaving.all of us loses out. #T&C’s

The Health & Care Bill is back in the Commons tmrw. It divides the NHS into 42 areas led by Integrated Care Boards which - incredibly - private companies will be allowed to sit on. I believe private companies should *never* get a say in how the NHS is run. Pls RT if you do too
