Almost 1.5 years ago I moved my family from Toronto to the West Coast of Canada. A big reason was because of the "Blue space effect". Studies show that exposure to bodies of water—oceans, lakes, rivers—can enhance creativity, reduce stress, and boost overall happiness. There's also a correlation between the world's oldest populations and their access to blue spaces. Overall, I feel less stressed, less anxious, and more peaceful living near a body of water than living in a city.

Dude why would you post that ? When you used to be 350 lbs and had rolls and fat on every inch of your body, and stretch marks And now you have veins in your calves, chest, and arms. Never thought I’d see the day. Makes me genuinely smile. So that’s why. To share my story and journey to hopefully someone is going through what I went through and to show them that it’s possible and there not alone. With effort and hard work it can be done.

Enjoying the process is critical. Everyone wants to lose 50 pounds and be shredded. But you won’t get - or stay - there without learning to enjoy the journey: ➡️learning to lift weights ➡️trying new healthy foods ➡️choosing daily movement ➡️cooking and meal prepping When you start to enjoy the day-to-day more than the idea of the end goal, you know you’ll make it.

2. Amateurs love the prize, Professionals love the process. You’ll never make it if the view at the summit is the only thing motivating you to climb. The hunt has to be just as exciting as the meal at the end. Professionals truly fall in love with the process.

Ever wonder what it looks like to win a 5 hour race by 3 seconds? 🥇Huge win for one of my athletes I coach at Chattanooga 70.3 yesterday! 1st in AG. 🥇My fiancée also hit her wild goal of getting a top 20 finish in the women’s pro field yesterday. Amazing weekend of racing!
