Hi friends 🤍 I don’t know where to begin. For starters, I am back home. I’m still in liver failure and now fighting a cold but my doctors agreed to let me rest at home. The last week has been extremely scary. I went in thinking I was dehydrated and quickly told I was in active liver failure and that things were very serious. As per usual I also ended up needing a blood transfusion. My heart was also not doing well. The outpouring of love and prayers have truly been what kept us going. I’ve always known I’ve had an army behind me but that was magnified times a million. My parents never left my side. My mom woke up very early and made food and snacks to have on hand at the hospital everyday. She made sure I was drinking enough even when I didn’t want to. If she heard me say one word within a few seconds a drink with a straw was at my face! Haha We have a long road ahead that will be filled with different drs. I’m still scared but very ready to take on whatever comes next. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
