Unbelievable update: @ICICIBank’s Principal Nodal Officer emailed me yesterday saying the bank is closed for a "Public Holiday" so there will be a DELAY in acting! 🤯 Scammers don't take holidays. Why is an emergency fraud desk paused? @RBI @nsitharaman @livemint @Cyberdost

The sheer negligence is staggering! @ICICIBank_Care gave a 7-day ETA for a LIVE fraud, & the Gurugram cyber cell says the NCRP complaint (21306260036562) hasn't reached them. @nobrokercom and @amazonIN is completely silent.
