@cromaretail its been 4 days. I am still waiting for the refund. I wonder how long a simple refund is going to take. Or you guys are just not interested in resolving customer issues?

@cromaretail has a pathetic customer service. I bought an extended warranty for a hitachi AC, when the time for service came, i paid out of my pocket, being assured my representatives that my money will be refunded. I am still waiting for the refund. Its been more than a month.

@eatsureofficial this is the worst customer experience i have had with you. I had made a payment twice for a certain order. Even after confirmation of the first payment, I have not yet received the refund for the second one. It has been close to a month. Pathetic service.
