Which language is the fastest, the cheapest and which one minimizes LOC, when building with Claude Code? The answer is Ruby, and it’s winning here in every test and category.
Yusuke Endoh@mametter
I benchmarked which language works best with Claude Code. Ruby, Python, and JavaScript came out cheapest, fastest, and most stable! See my article in detail: dev.to/mame/which-pro…

@gemsofbabus_ If we want efficient mobility, dedicated lanes for buses and public transport are the need of the hour.

@madhav1 @zephyr_z9 Comet is a Chromium fork. Atlas is a new architecture with ChatGPT built into the browser itself. More stable, smarter, and built for real AI workflows. It’s not even the same category.
English

@zephyr_z9 Not defending perplexity, never saw anyone using ChatGPT atlas irl, but saw people using comet 🤷♂️

@BrodieOnLinux @FFmpeg All this drama for a TypeScript crybaby who melts down when people don’t stroke his ego.

@FFmpeg needs to sort out there project management you can't let someone go around claiming CoC violations for voting the wrong way

@svembu I feel brands should focus more on improving their products instead of relying on nationalism as a marketing tool. A great product speaks louder than any campaign

Update on our Arattai messenger app:
It is another example of our patient engineering approach at work. We have taken the time because we have to make it work in low end phones, low bandwidth networks (we test down to 8 kilobits/sec), offer outstanding privacy and security, and be very easy to use, all at the same time!
We are diligently updating the app weekly. We are working on a lot of the features you expect and in another month, a lot of that will be done. We are also investing in the infrastructure for scaling. I am personally talking to the engineers daily on all this.
We will launch a big marketing campaign once that is all in place. You will like the campaign!
We are committed to offering the best messaging experience in the world. Stay tuned for more!

@burkov The place is Harihar fort. It’s the camera that makes it look scary. In reality, lots of my friends who’ve never trekked do it on their first try. The only thing to worry about is if you’re scared of heights.

If you’re affected by the US $100k H1B, consider the UK Global Talent Visa. Thriving tech ecosystem in Europe, high quality work and life even if lower comp. Big tech comp is not that far from US comp.
My prediction is that the UK and India are going to be *big* beneficiaries of this policy.

It is taking all of my strength to not go on a 3 hour rant on the irony of Anthropic using a Madvillainy instrumental

Keep thinking.

@ubzrst @yacinelearning They’re both very different; pardon the poor comparison.

@mazeincoding I agree, GPT performs much better on the UI side, but it’s definitely lacking when it comes to backend development. I’ve been trying z.ai, It's on par with Claude in most areas, but since it’s Chinese, I wouldn’t want to send production code to their servers.
