(३/४) सदर कोर्ट प्रकरणामुळे पोलिस उपनिरिक्षक-२०२०चा निकाल आयोगाने थांबवला आहे.तसेच अभियांत्रिकी सेवा परिक्षा-२०१९ व २०२० मधील अनुक्रमे ९४ ल २१७ उमेदवारांच्या नियुक्त्या रखडलेल्या आहेत २०१९,२०२० या वर्षात सुरू झालेल्या भरती प्रक्रिया असुन २०२३ आले तरी पुर्णत्वास जात नाही.

(२/४) त्यानंतर दि.२९ मार्च २०२३ ला सुनावनी झाली,२० एप्रिल २०२३ रोजी सुनावनी झाली.दोन्ही सुनावन्यांमध्ये राज्यसरकारने लवकर प्रकरण मिटवण्याकरिता कोणताही प्रयत्न केल्याचे दिसले नाही.उन्हाळी सुट्टीमुळे मा.न्यायालयाने १६ जून २०२३ तारिख दिली आहे.नुसत्या तारखांवर तारखा चालु आहे.

(१/४) मा.MAT कोर्टाने SEBC TO EWS प्रकरणी राज्यसरकारच्या धोरणाविरोधात दि.२/२/२३ रोजी निकाल दिला‌.सदर निकालाला राज्यसरकारने मा.उच्च न्यायालयात आव्हान दिले.(WP 2859,2861,2862/2023) दि.८ मार्च २०२३ रोजी मा.न्यायालयाने सदर धोरणाबाबत परिस्थिती जैसे थै तैसे ठेवण्याचे अंतरिम आदेश दिले.
