@data_atx That’s horseshit. All they do is invent new ways to spend more of our money. Fix the potholes and give us our fucking money back.

The DOJ has ONE WEEK left to charge Anthony Fauci for the worst cover-up in modern medical history. He lied to Congress about funding gain-of-function research in Wuhan. Millions died. Trillions were spent. And Fauci walked away with book deals and fawning media coverage instead of handcuffs. I re-upped my criminal referral to the DOJ because the evidence is overwhelming, and justice has been delayed long enough. RT if you’re ready to see Fauci behind bars.

UPDATE: Why did DA José Garza's office just let Frank Bonner walk on the murder of homeless woman Kelly Meazell? Here's what prosecutors got from police: - Kelly was shot in the neck at close range, with signs of being robbed after. - A nearby security camera caught a man running after Kelly, then jumping into a car and speeding off. - A tipster told police what happened: Bonner killed Kelly because she owed him drug money, then came home that night in bloody clothes, bagged them up, and took off. - Two days later, police got a 911 call from Bonner's apartment because a woman was being held at gunpoint. He ran before officers arrived. - Police searched the apartment and found a Nest camera in his living room recording the night Kelly was killed. Six minutes after the shooting, Bonner walks in, strips off his bloody clothes, and stuffs them into a kitchen trash bag. He tells the woman with him to power off her phone then washes his hands. He tells her to mop the floor, and then says, on his own camera, out loud: "Homicide will be in this hoe, right." Then he tells her to misdirect police about his timing and whereabouts. Garza's office reviewed all of this and rejected the murder charge two weeks ago -- after years of dropping Bonner's prior cases for aggravated robbery, drug felonies, evading arrest, tampering with evidence, contraband in jail, and felon-with-firearm. Bonner's pending aggravated assault case was also dismissed in the meantime. This was a separate shooting where he put three bullets in a man's leg over a crack baggie. The reason given was that the victim wouldn't testify. But prosecutors don't need a cooperative victim to pursue a man who shot someone in broad daylight -- not with shell casings, surveillance, 911 audio, medical records, and a record a mile long. They chose not to fight that one either. So after a trail of victims, including a dead homeless woman, Frank Bonner is back on Austin's streets.

AUSTIN MAN moved here from Long Island in late 2022 for a corporate digital marketing job at a pet care company. Two years later, he's running a burglary ring out of his own condo, stealing packages from his own neighbors, with a girlfriend who gets left behind to confess to cops while he sprints away. Zachary Longobardi's record with CA Delia Garza and DA Jose Garza: Aug 2024: Felony cocaine and a bond violation. Cocaine dismissed through diversion. Skipped court on the bond case, eventually pleaded for time served. Dec 2025: Steals 7 packages with his girlfriend at his own condo building (Zilkr on the Park). Longobardi ran from the cops and from his own front door, leaving his girlfriend to admit to the theft. - Package theft: 20 days, time served - Evading arrest: dismissed - Failure to identify as fugitive: dismissed Feb 2026: Caught inside Fifteen15 on South Lamar prying open a utility room with a long tool and empty backpack. Told cops he was there to meet a tenant he'd matched with on Instagram. Gives them an Instagram account with his girlfriend’s name, thus looping her into his crimes again (she wasn't on any lease at the building either). He's now facing 12 active felonies, after Travis County prosecutors dismissed, diverted, or time-served every misdemeanor that came before.

@KUT Why aren't you prosecuting. Put these people in jail! What's the goal of letting repeat offenders back on the streets. Why do you need personal security? How fast will you prosecute me when I defend myself.....

These are the hidden truths the public never glimpses, the quiet failures and raw realities veiled from view. The DA commands every panel with effortless charm and polished charisma. Practiced non-damaging talking points, communications consultants, and organizers. But in the unseen trenches where it truly matters, where justice is weighed and lives hang in the balance, scarcely a soul bears witness.

Also, it was filed as a Capital Murder. Capital Murder in Texas means the punishment upon a finding of guilt is Life Without Parole if the State does not seek the death penalty. Capital Murder, among other things, is when you’re committing a felony and cause the death of someone. The Travis County District Attorney chose to go with regular murder which allows for parole and has a minimum of just five years and a maximum of life with parole.

Memphis was one of the most dangerous cities in America. It’s now becoming a model for how to fight crime when you have a terrible DA. From the peak: - Murders down 47% - Carjackings down 48% - Robberies down 51%. - Vehicle theft down 80%. What changed: 1. State troopers took over interstate patrol, freeing up local officers. 2. Police launched focused initiatives targeting fugitives, violent repeat offenders, and gang members. 3. National Guard, federal agents, and US Marshals came in and made 9,000+ arrests, including 400+ gang members. Plus 629 illegal firearms seized, 150 missing children located. 4. Technology filled the gaps. Police deployed license plate readers citywide, expanded drone use, and opened a downtown command center. A cancer center went from a crime attempt every other week to none. Overall crime is now down more than 43% compared to the same period last year Memphis has a long way to go and remains a dangerous city. Its DA is still dismissing 3 out of every 4 felony cases. In fact, the state legislature just passed a bill to audit and potentially remove him. But the city is showing that a rogue DA doesn't have to be a death sentence for public safety. Flood the streets with law enforcement, target repeat offenders, and make arrests faster than he can dismiss them.
