Not many know how difficult 2024 has been for me - I’ve struggled, I hit rock bottom, I put my big girl pants back on and carried on. I asked for help… (anyone who knows the real me knows how hard that was) - I was let down time and time again - situations will be sorted in 2025

@SkyHelpTeam WoW!! Broadband down again! Done everything advised on line and on the phone, transferred to an operator and then call disconnected - nothing g but problems since upgrade - poor customer service - poor service - time to rethink provider. You have broke the contract.
