🐴 Members of our Mounted Patrol Team are helping in the search for Parker.
Working alongside search teams, mounted patrol officers and their horses are helping to search areas that can be difficult to access on foot or by bike. From horseback, officers have an elevated vantage point that allows them to cover large areas while searching parks, pathways and green spaces.
Together with search teams, volunteers and community partners, our Mounted Patrol Team continues to play an important role in the ongoing effort to find Parker.
We want to thank the community for its continued support. The compassion shown throughout this search has been extraordinary.

On Wednesday, July 18, 2026, at 10:00 p.m. we pulled over a vehicle travelling 119 km/h in a 50 km/h construction zone on southbound Deerfoot Trail N.E. while workers were present. The driver was an 18-year-old from B.C.
🔴 He was issued an $852 fine for careless driving & a mandatory court summons where he will face additional fines for driving 69 km/h over the posted speed limit.
‼️ Road safety is a shared responsibility. While enforcement plays an important role, preventing high-speed incidents depends on drivers making responsible choices, obeying posted limits & staying mindful of others on the road.
