@ReichlinMelnick Bloodied? They've lost their nuclear capabilities and 95% of their military power. If that's considered a "win" these days, I'll take the loss : )

Hard not to argue that if the U.S. simply walks away with Iran still fully in control of the Strait, then Iran won the war, since it will emerge bloodied but with more power in the long run.
Gideon Rachman@gideonrachman

If reports that Trump is planning to walk away from the war without reopening the strait of Hormuz are right, that supports my prediction that Iran may succeed in establishing a tolling system there, making it richer and more powerful after the war

BTW when Trump says to other countries to "go get your own oil": They won't do so militarily. They will pay Tehran's hostage toll consolidating their control over the Strait and massively enriching the regime

@adamjohnsonCHI there will be a point where Israel stops playing footsies with missile strikes like that and just starts openly threatening Europe for not joining the war effort

Did anyone ever see a shred of evidence for the supposed Iranian attack on Diego Garcia that was used to try and draw Europe into the war, or was it just quick hit stenography and now everyone has moved on

allowing this vermin to have a state was humanity's greatest mistake. who else on this planet is tantalized by mass murder? who else in the world protests for the RIGHT to systematically rape? who else toasts the passing of a law that allows the state to hang individuals who were kidnapped from their homes, tortured, raped, and languishing in their dungeons without charge or trial? the abyss of Jewish supremacist depravity is bottomless.

@MaxBlumenthal @StateDept And? Those were the stated goals. Whether you label them tactical, strategic or political, they have been the goals since the onset and it’s a lie to claim otherwise.

SECRETARY RUBIO: Here are the clear objectives of the operation. You should write them down: 1. The destruction of Iran’s air force 2. The destruction of their navy 3. The severe diminishing of their missile launching capability 4. The destruction of their factories 🎯

You can decline to lift a finger against the Israelis for your entire career and help them accomplish decades long goals and stand there and salute their aircraft while they obliterate all your air defense systems and a year or two later they'll be issuing public demands for your murder and referring to you as the head of the snake. There's a lesson there for those auditioning for shabbos goyhood.

@rsomething @_rotimia where’s the stupidity? the negotiations were stated to “rein in ICE”. no policy reforms have been made, and both agencies have a humongous windfall from OBBB to rely on. can you actually refute the claim instead of tossing childlike insults

🚨 REPORT | An Israeli citizen was arrested in Las Vegas after police found a cache of weapons, lab equipment, and more than 1,000 samples of unknown liquids at a home tied to a widening biosecurity investigation, the Los Angeles Times reports. Ori Solomon, 55, is accused of illegally possessing firearms and improperly disposing of hazardous waste. Authorities said officers in protective gear removed materials from the home, which were consistent with those found in a separate case in California. That investigation began when a foul smell led officials to a warehouse in Reedley, where they discovered a hidden lab containing thousands of biological samples, 1,000 lab mice, and evidence of at least 20 infectious agents including SARS, hepatitis, and dengue. Prosecutors say Chinese national Jia Bei Zhu ran a scheme from there, importing COVID tests from China and selling them as American-made, and a congressional report flagged over $1.3 million in unexplained payments from Chinese banks tied to the operation. Investigators found Zhu had listed a Las Vegas house as bail collateral and called it hundreds of times over the past year, making it a key lead that led police to raid the Sugar Springs Drive property, where Ori Solomon was identified as the manager.

What began as a routine check triggered by a persistent odor led to an unsettling discovery: a hidden lab operating inside a California warehouse containing dangerous pathogens including HIV, malaria, COVID-19 and Ebola. latimes.com/california/sto…

I’m not. The protests over Gaza got a lot of people purged and many campuses were openly militarized after that…these people have been identified using FRTs, hunted down, had their degrees stripped and been fired.
Lefty Loading....@4_Ben_Media

I'm surprised the college campuses are quiet. Young people are usually the first out in front leading anti-war protests because they and their friends are affected the most. As popular as the Iraq war was at the beginning there was still large protests against it from the start
