I'm not gonna lie, man... As much as I value and encourage constructive criticism and feedback when it comes to my playtest, reading comments like these make me a little emotional. All those late nights, forgotten meals, head-smashing-desk moments are all worth it when someone tells you they genuinely enjoyed something you made. Damn... @Lizzergas That's a great idea thanks! But sadly I'd have to remake the game :( The fish size are good for PC but too small for mobile. But I'm working on 4 more games at the moment and any of them would look good on mobile, I learned a lot from making this one, can't wait to share more!

For example, the kind of humour or gore steam doesn't allow.

@andreintg I found out the hard way that AI doesn't make games for you, it can help a lot and teach you a TON, but if you don't put in HARD work and maximum effort, 98% chance the game will suuuuuuck!

I don't know of a single dev or studio who isn't using AI in some capacity or another. - None of them disclosed - Rightfully so, I went through that backlash and I wouldn't wish it on anyone else.

If a game development studio claims that it uses “craft coding” or that there is no AI involved in making its games, there is a strong chance that they are lying. I’m coming back from a gamedev event where I hosted a panel on the use of agentic AI in game development. Not a single person said that they were not using AI. Across the entire event, we identified only around four artists who openly opposed the use of AI. They were actively looking for work.
