@GeneveAeroport I understand that we sometimes have to take a bus but why do you have to drop us right at the end of the C gates so we have to walk for 10 minutes? Can’t you just have the bus drop us a bit closer?

The queues in the fast track security today at @HeathrowAirport was way bigger than the normal line. I asked the staff who said “fast track is popular because it’s faster”. The irony that it was in fact slower today was lost on her. 1/2
