We're inviting a select group of designers to help us build Noon from the inside. Introducing Noon's Design Partnership Program. A closed cohort of IC product designers, design engineers, and builders who will use Noon on real projects and help shape what product design looks like next. This isn't feedback surveys and bug reports. DPP members are collaborators with founding status, early access, and a seat at the table before anyone else gets one. Cancelled my flight on 20th Jan after being explicitly promised a FULL refund. Only partial amount credited — remaining balance still missing.
As per DGCA guidelines:
✅ Promised refunds must be honoured in full
✅ Refunds must be processed within 7 business days
✅ Withholding committed refunds is a violation
I have screenshots of the full refund promise. This is both a consumer rights violation and a breach of DGCA's passenger protection rules.
Resolve within 48 hours or I file a formal complaint at pgportal.gov.in
