@bow_ben @FishHutBlackDog @spusu_uk We were just moving to them. My experience was so bad that I gave up and went back to my old network. My partner is persevering as the number is being switched today - we hope! Only 10 minutes left.

@FishHutBlackDog @jeremyiwhite @spusu_uk I find if you select a network manually (only orange where I am) you get 45 seconds of connectivity before it drops & you have to repeat the process. @spusu_uk have said there is still an issue with no estimated time of resolution. Stuck abroad with no phone which I need urgently

@jeremyiwhite @bow_ben @spusu_uk My service seems to be connecting and disconnecting constantly. My phone only connects when I choose a network manually, and then it's unpredictable. This started at about 11h00 yesterday, 12 May. Missed calls from a restaurant saying they'd had to cancel our reservation.

@firstdirect No point. Just spoke to your complaints department who have confirmed they’re not prepared to do anything as, basically, it’s too much work & have closed the complaint. Just wanted to warn others their money clearly isn’t as safe as you think it is when your bank refuses to help

For anyone thinking of moving their banking to @firstdirect Having banked with them for 30 years, I’ll be moving elsewhere. Their once exemplary customer service is no more & trying to get them to dispute a credit card payment is impossible as it’ll involve “too much work”. Avoid

Had been happy with Octopus & would’ve recommended them but their refusal to offer solid wall insulation under GBIS to a vulnerable customer is shocking
