@easyJet The gate agent lady for EZY8189 this morning was the most aggressive ground crew I’ve ever witnessed. Threatening to remove adults and children for daring to question her over her rudeness and heavy handed approach to mask wearing. Behaviour like this destroys your brand
@UPS a package from Spain was picked up to be sent to me in London on the 12th April. It is still in Spain. Every day the status just says ‘delay’. the tracking says nothing, I’ve tried your ‘bot’ and calling customer services and no-one seems to know. Why is it still in Spain?
@MicrosoftHelps Yesterday I spent many hours with a support person trying to get Outlook 365 to work (it won't start, even in safe mode). The support person said it would be escalated but I have still not heard anything. How long do escalated support requests take?

@British_Airways Flight to Zurich from City cancelled this morning. No apology from Sales desk. "Can get you on next flight to Geneva". But my meetings are in Zurich? "Nothing we can do". OK, can I have a refund then? "No, this is the sales desk, we can't do refunds"'
@bowiechris@iRacing I don't use many. I use Crew chief as the spotter and usually Kapps for the overlay but that could change. If you have a look at my latest video you'll see me having a look at a brand new FREE overlay 👍

@evitamins I paid for a product more than two months ago and it still has not been delivered. Your customer services say that tracking is not available on the shipping, they don’t know what happened to the order. No refund will be given. AVOID this website - it is a FRAUD.

@AmazonHelp yes - the last four deliveries from Royal Mail have all required collection from me. This has never happened once in 18 years with Amazon or DPD. Can you tag my account to stop Royal Mail being used as a delivery service?
@bowiechris Sorry to hear this, Chris. Have you been experiencing this issue only with this carrier? Please note It's also at the driver's discretion to only leave the package in a safe place if they deem the location is safe.^CN
@AmazonHelp Recently many of my amazon orders have been 'delivered' by Royal Mail. If I'm not in, they never leave packages in my safe place, nor with a neighbour, nor do they ever re-deliver them - I have to drive to collect them days later, so the delivery date is always wrong
