Why is it that Republicans love to talk about crime in Chicago, or LA but they never really mention crime in Miami? Is it because Miami is a city run by a Republican Mayor in a state run by a Republican governor? Violent Crime in Miami is just about as bad as Chicago, with a 48.8 Crime Rate compared to a 49.9 Crime Rate in Chicago (per recent stats). What’s even more staggering, however, is that when it comes to Property Crime, Miami is much worse than Chicago (62.7 compared to 46.3). (Video from earlier this year @ABC)
