I see this CONSTANTLY in medical journals. Worse yet, you see repetition of the same error in later papers by other authors, when those authors didn't bother to check the source.

@SouthwestAir I couldn’t believe the poor level of customer service my mom has experienced trying to fly on the flight we booked her. They stranded her in Kansas and now refuse to rebook anyone or provide hotel vouchers on Christmas Eve? Can’t reach anyone on the phone!

@daringfireball Forstall understood UI intuitively in a way that’s missing from modern Apple. For example, I’d love for @gruber to look at recent reviews for the Apple Books app on the App Store. The recent design update is incredibly user-hostile. A real case study in Apple post-Forstall.
