Oh, in WP admin Pages I’ve noticed some are not « Edit with Builderius » and those pages iirc were like « team » so I assumed it was relying on CPT. This pages looks empty in Gutenberg. Also I’ve read a comment from Builderius team iirc about ACF free, but not related to this template specifically it was few months ago.

@o_b The idea is that it's a starter, some pages are there for user to play with, continue. Maybe that's confusing. If you have pro you can add cpts and taxonomies, if you use free you can extend with default content.

@o_b Can you explain? CPT is not something Free Builderius can be used with. So the theme is using default posts by design. So everyone can use it, having a license or not. But you are free to use ACF or Meta box and extend it.

@builderius I was surprised some pages which should have been feed with CPT are not Builderius managed. I know you guys work with ACF anyway so I guess I have to install ACF Free ?

Install the free version. Run the starter. Take it apart piece by piece.
