@British_Airways I'm having issues uploading my covid pass for my flight on Tuesday. My booking is in my maiden name as that's what's on my passport but my covid pass is under my married name. I've uploaded my marriage certificate with the covid pass but keeps getting rejected?

@burgessem88 As per the advice on GOV.UK your name does need to match. To have your name amended on your NHS Covis Pass, you will need to have your GP Surgery amend this for you. PhilGW

@British_Airways I’m due to travel to Amsterdam wedns. Passport is in my maiden name and covid pass in my married name. Planning to bring my marriage certificate and my driving licence as proof of my identity. Is this ok. Read very mixed replies from your team which is confusing

@MokeSpoke @vickimda Hi Moke. I had to change my name in my passport to my married name. Otherwise I would have problems in the airport. GP ca only change your name to your maiden name if you change your name officially by deed poll.

@British_Airways I’m due to fly to Dubai on Sunday. My surnames on my Covid pass and passport are different. My passport is in my maiden name and my Covid pass is in my married name. If I bring a copy of my marriage certificate with me will this be sufficient?

@misspinners87 Hi there, Katie. We're always told that the names need to match. You may be okay with a marriage certificate but it's best if you can try and get the correct name on your COVID pass. Contact your doctor to arrange this. Ste
