wow! got a wave of new people from the @theo video, so hi :) i’m dara, 18. freshman + incoming amazon intern. i make cs content on tiktok (~3k) and stream building in public on twitch/youtube/tiktok. currently building icarus, an open-source valorant strategy tool for esports teams. i care a lot about UI/UX. like… a lot. if you ever want to nerd snipe me, bring me anything interface-related and i’m in. not tied to any framework, i just use whatever’s best for the product (rn: flutter). lately i’ve been experimenting with UI benchmarks + trying to push models to be better at UI (it’s… a work in progress). if you’re into building, design, or weird UI ideas, we’ll get along 🤝

Little by little, the shape of my personal project is starting to emerge. I’m building it solo, with a $0 budget.
What’s already done:
• Online real-time PvP mode is working, with the server running in Frankfurt, Germany @colyseus
• Three different weapons have been implemented
• Login via @Ronin_Network and @MetaMask wallets, as well as email login.
• A database is in place to store player progress.

• One NFT collection has been integrated @RonkeOnRon which provides additional stats/bonuses.
• The game is focused on skill-based real-time PvP. Now I fully understand why most projects choose turn-based or PvE: real-time PvP is much harder to build in a stable and fair way.
For now, I don’t plan to launch my own token or NFT, because I want to integrate tokens and NFT collections from other projects, each with different use cases and real in-game utility.

This post was so bad that it made me crash out a bit. OpenAI models are not good at frontend. The examples in this article are embarrassing and I actually can't believe they posted it.
