@aadit_palicha When I reported this to support, I was denied refund/replacement simply because the pack was opened — even though opening it was necessary to confirm spoilage. This indicates a breakdown in cold chain storage and quality checks at the dark store level.

@aadit_palicha I ordered an Amul feta cheese via Zepto. The first pack delivered had visible mold. The replacement pack was puffed (clear sign of spoilage), and when opened, it tasted bitter and unsafe.
