SIT needs to conduct a forensic analysis of her mental state as per the Mental Health Care Act 2017. After receiving the results, the experts and the courts may decide on her isolation or placement in an observation home to prevent any further criminal activity. At the same time, the family of Tawisha shall proceed with an application for both civil and criminal defamation petitions before the competent court for intentional character assassination of their late daughter and the entire respectable family, including the brother, who is a serving army officer. SIT may also be directed to expand the scope of the investigation in such circumstances. This is legally very much tenable.
