What do you know about what cognitive science knows about the limits and capacities of the human brain? Do you know who Miller and Cowan are and what their influence is on our understanding of short-term memory? What about Baddeley and Hitch wrt working memory? Or Levelt and Bock? Flower and Hayes? If you don’t know and need to ask an AI or the internet for help, then you probably shouldn’t get involved with any conversation about Joseph Smith’s dictation process, ESPECIALLY on Alma 36.

Mormons are, by definition, not Christian? Somebody, please, tell me, what is, by definition, a Christian?

The problem with the trinity isn’t it being “unbiblical” or illogical. My issue is forcefully dogmatizing one single complex answer to a philosophical question, and making it the litmus test of true Christian faith.

“Why haven’t you ever heard of this?” Maybe cause you never looked at what is literally right on our website. Hahaha (Seriously this is taught in all Church history classes)

I had a lively conversation with Jacob Hansen about mormonism, the Trinity, salvation, and if Humans, Angels, and God are all the same species. Who is eligible for heaven? Is God all-knowing? Can believers become the gods of their own universe? Nothing is off the table. Episode drops Monday. Stay tuned!
