Another case of harassment of landlord by @BPCLimited . A part of land was leased in favour of @BPCLimited in the year 1961. The land is located in Shuklaganj , District Unnao . On the said land RO name Hind Service Station is operational under BPCL Lucknow Territory. The lease stood expired in year 1981. The landlord asked BPCL to surrender possession. BPCL did not surrender possession. Ultimately landlord filed civil suit for recovery of possession in year 2005 . The landlord demised his children continued the fight , two children also demised now the grand son is continuing the fight. The grandson is ex army officer of @adgpi @captrahultiwari . BPCL is illegal occupant on the said premises since 1981 and now harassing an Ex-Army Officer. This is the third generation litigating with BPCL without paying any rent while the company enjoys profits alone. @HardeepSPuri Sir it’s time to roll some settlement policy to compensate such landowners and release their lands . It’s more than 40 years BPCL is litigating and not leaving the site. PEOPLE SHOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE GIVING THEIR LAND TO SUCH OIL COMPANIES.

@cmdbpcl @BPCLimited The supplies of Brij Auto ( Sikandra) Agra HSD site CC 115466 has been blocked by TM Agra Territory Office @deepak7480 falsely citing a issue in PESO License whereas there is no order from PESO to suspend the supplies. The officers are unable to understand a simple legal situation that the lease agreement and dealership agreement are two different agreements indistinct of each other and harrassing the dealership to convince the family members to execute a lease for peanuts. The matter is under adjudication and harrassing a dealer in such circumstance is totally unwarranted. Further , the dealer has all rights to know by means of which order the supplies have been blocked by Agra Territory office. If you cannot give supplies atleast provide an order by means of which supplies are blocked. But Hon’ble High Court has fastened civil and criminal liability upon bank and not upon authorities. In case of freeze without following directives of Hon’ble HC , bank is liable to compensate . Why succumb before authorities? Banker has all rights to refuse freeze in case HC Directions are not complied with.

@DMKanpur Sir , in compliance of directions given by Hon’ble High court Allahabad , the office of ADM(LA) has passed order directing PD NHAI to deposit the amount so that the same may be paid to the applicant Mr. Sarvesh Singh. More than 1.5months have passed from order dated 30.03.2026 but office of @NHAI_Official PD NHAI Kanpur is sitting tight on the matter for the reasons best known to them. Upon raising the grievance to PD NHAI , a simple reply is given that it is under process. How can a simple payment be in process for more than 1.5months. This is the level of harassment done by PD NHAI office belonging to @NHAI_Official under @nitin_gadkari . Primarily, one is allowed to fill bowser via either gantry or directly from Terminal. You cannot fill bowser from dispensing units installed at petrol pumps. If you are a dealer and have gantry at your RO , nobody can stop you. If your issue is something different you may DM me , we are open to help.

However , even today the outlet continues to sale petroleum products from the outlet SRS Energy located at Village Beerai, Agra . @ChairmanIOCL the outlet is selling fuel openly , @AgraIocl says it has not given any permission to sale. Then what benefit your officers are getting from the dealer that even after coming into knowledge that sales are happening from the outlet, the officers are sitting tight in the matter? Further , when outlet is operational without permission from @IndianOilcl why any officer of @ChairmanIOCL has not reported the matter to District Administration of @OfficeOfDMAgra or @CPAgra_ to take action in the matter?? Leave reporting to any authority, if the outlet is not granted permission to sale then why the sales are not suspended using automation?? @OfficeOfDMAgra @CPAgra_ Sir, the letter from @IndianOilcl clearly states that the outlet is selling fuel without permission of IOCL. Under such circumstances the outlet has committed an offence.
