Well frankly speaking, Hon. @narendramodi Ji, it is time India adopts a transparent & balanced national approach towards emerging energy security challenges rather than placing disproportionate pressure on petroleum dealerships. India already imports nearly 90% of its crude oil requirement, making the nation highly vulnerable to geopolitical disruptions, freight volatility & global price shocks. Multiple recent reports have highlighted rising import dependence, stress on OMCs, and the growing pressure on fuel supply economics. (Reuters) At present, #OMCs are issuing notices and showcause actions against dealerships for bulk sales — whether to farmers, transporters or genuine consumers — while dealers are simultaneously expected to maintain uninterrupted supply, absorb customer outrage, infuse additional working capital during price spikes, and survive on shrinking operational viability. This dual pressure is neither sustainable nor equitable. If India is entering a phase of fuel conservation, supply optimisation or strategic energy balancing, then the same should be communicated transparently to the public through a structured national advisory instead of creating fear and uncertainty at dealership level. Possible national measures worth considering: • Public fuel conservation awareness campaigns • Promotion of Strong Hybrids, Flex-Fuel, Ethanol & EV transition • Rational operational optimisation for fuel outlets nationwide • Incentives for reduced wastage & efficient fuel consumption • Strategic buffer & emergency preparedness communication • Policy clarity on bulk fuel sales to avoid arbitrary harassment Dealers cannot be treated as both the shock absorbers of global energy volatility and the easiest targets for enforcement simultaneously. @PetroleumMin @HardeepSPuri Sir, It’s high time when all OMC’s viz @HPCL @IndianOilcl @BPCLimited be literally given commercial freedom to increase the prices due to ongoing situation. Just because of elections the OMC are under pressure to not increase the prices and as a result the public at large is suffering due to non provision of supplies to the outlets. Many outlets are dry in various parts of the country because the OMC’s are deliberately not providing supplies to their dealers for the sole reason that they are unable to recover the losses & owing to elections they cannot increase the prices. Pls reconsider the decision to not permit the OMC to increase the prices as it is causing unwarranted disruption in supplies to dealers and ultimately causing panic situation amongst motorists.

@atulmodani @shankulmisra Power Petrol or premium petrol is forced by @HPCL to petrol pumps. This is because only POWER PETROL gives highest profit margins to @HPCL, not to petrol pump owners. @HPCL wants petrol pumps to sell POWER PETROL ONLY & stop DIESEL and PETROL sales, as they're giving losses.

@dmunnao महोदय, कृपया संलग्न पत्र का संज्ञान लेने का कष्ट करें जिसमे @dsounnao द्वारा जिला शासकीय अधिवक्ता महोदय को पत्र प्रेषित कर @captrahultiwari द्वारा प्रेषित प्रार्थना पत्र पर मंतव्य चाहा गया है। महोदय, सूच्य हो कि संलग्न पत्र 20/03/2026 को जारी हुआ है और आज तक न तो मूल पत्र जिला शासकीय अधिवक्ता महोदय को प्राप्त हुआ है और न ही मूल पत्रावली जिसपर मंतव्य दिया जाना है वह प्राप्त हुआ है। बस जिला शासकीय अधिवक्ता महोदय को व्हाट्सअप पर पत्र भेजकर खाना पुर्ति कर दी गई है। जिला शासकीय अधिवक्ता महोदय द्वारा लगभग 4-5 बार @dsounnao को फ़ोन कर मूल पत्र एवं पत्रावली मांगी जा चुकी है परंतु आजदिन तक उनको कुछ भी उपलब्ध नही कराया गया है। महोदय, @dsounnao कार्यालय द्वारा विगत 1.5महीनों से वो सारे हथकंडे अपनाये जा रहे है जिस से इस प्रकरण का निस्तारण न हो सके। वजह @dsounnao से बेहतर कौन ही जाने। अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि @dsounnao महोदय को इस प्रकरण में मूल पत्र एवं पत्रावली जिला शासकीय अधिवक्ता महोदय को उपलब्ध कराने के लिए निर्देशित करने का कष्ट करें जिससे उनके द्वारा मंतव्य दिया जा सके और प्रकरण का निस्तारण हो सके।

However , even today the outlet continues to sale petroleum products from the outlet SRS Energy located at Village Beerai, Agra . @ChairmanIOCL the outlet is selling fuel openly , @AgraIocl says it has not given any permission to sale. Then what benefit your officers are getting from the dealer that even after coming into knowledge that sales are happening from the outlet, the officers are sitting tight in the matter? Further , when outlet is operational without permission from @IndianOilcl why any officer of @ChairmanIOCL has not reported the matter to District Administration of @OfficeOfDMAgra or @CPAgra_ to take action in the matter?? Leave reporting to any authority, if the outlet is not granted permission to sale then why the sales are not suspended using automation?? @OfficeOfDMAgra @CPAgra_ Sir, the letter from @IndianOilcl clearly states that the outlet is selling fuel without permission of IOCL. Under such circumstances the outlet has committed an offence. The final NOC by @NHAI_Official is not yet granted by PD NHAI Gwalior but the outlet is illegally made operational by @IndianOilcl . Further now public safety is at Risk. Since service lane is not there , the exit of outlet of BPCL is adjacent to entry of this outlet which may lead to any accident for which District Administration Agra and office of PD NHAI Gwalior under @NHAI_Official shall be solely responsible. The outlet is operational right under the nose of PD NHAI Gwalior but their officers have chosen not to take action for the reasons best known to them.
