@dmunnao महोदय, कृपया संलग्न पत्र का संज्ञान लेने का कष्ट करें जिसमे @dsounnao द्वारा जिला शासकीय अधिवक्ता महोदय को पत्र प्रेषित कर @captrahultiwari द्वारा प्रेषित प्रार्थना पत्र पर मंतव्य चाहा गया है। महोदय, सूच्य हो कि संलग्न पत्र 20/03/2026 को जारी हुआ है और आज तक न तो मूल पत्र जिला शासकीय अधिवक्ता महोदय को प्राप्त हुआ है और न ही मूल पत्रावली जिसपर मंतव्य दिया जाना है वह प्राप्त हुआ है। बस जिला शासकीय अधिवक्ता महोदय को व्हाट्सअप पर पत्र भेजकर खाना पुर्ति कर दी गई है। जिला शासकीय अधिवक्ता महोदय द्वारा लगभग 4-5 बार @dsounnao को फ़ोन कर मूल पत्र एवं पत्रावली मांगी जा चुकी है परंतु आजदिन तक उनको कुछ भी उपलब्ध नही कराया गया है। महोदय, @dsounnao कार्यालय द्वारा विगत 1.5महीनों से वो सारे हथकंडे अपनाये जा रहे है जिस से इस प्रकरण का निस्तारण न हो सके। वजह @dsounnao से बेहतर कौन ही जाने। अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि @dsounnao महोदय को इस प्रकरण में मूल पत्र एवं पत्रावली जिला शासकीय अधिवक्ता महोदय को उपलब्ध कराने के लिए निर्देशित करने का कष्ट करें जिससे उनके द्वारा मंतव्य दिया जा सके और प्रकरण का निस्तारण हो सके।

A location was advertised for “Dahi Chowki – Purwa Road , Village Ghoorkhet, Block : Bichiya , Tehsil: Unnao” wherein 2 applicants offered same piece of land Arazi No. 2007 located at Village Ghoorkhet , Tehsil and District Unnao. The first applicant Azizur Rahman got lease registered form single co-owner out of 31 co-owners in year 2022 but his selection was subsequently cancelled. On 28.02.2025 that same single co-owner cancels the lease executed in favour of first applicant Azizur Rahman and on same day same single co-owner executes the lease of same land in favour of Sadaf Khan the second applicant. How is this allowed under the dealer selection guidelines 2018? 1. Dealer Selection Guidelines 2018 in point 4 (v)(m) Note :1 point C reads as follows: The same piece of land cannot be offered by more than one applicant for a particular RO location against an advertisement. In case more than one application is received offering the same piece of land all such applications would be rejected and allotment, if made, would be liable for cancellation. It seems that Sadaf Khan and Azizur Rahman are related to each other and have entered an illegal arrangement to get the RO under a illegal mutual agreement. Instead of cancelling both the applications on this ground, a LOI is granted to Sadaf Khan Illegally. The cancellation of lease in favour of Azizur Rahman and execution of lease deed on same day of same land in favour of another applicant is attached herewith for your kind interferance in the matter. @Divyamadhup Hope you will take cognizance of this genuine issue and do the needful in accordance with law & proceed for cancellation of LOI before any public funds are invested at the said site.
