@JessStarlite @DellCares Seems like a weird stance- no support for a “new” laptop. Way to not stand by your products!

Dell replaced my laptop after a repair went sideways (appreciated). But they’ve now confirmed the replacement can NEVER have support added—not even if I pay for ProSupport Plus. So: brand-new machine, zero long-term support options. @DellCares can you help me understand this?

@RepAOC @AOC But really- have you been to a doctor lately? The AI might be better, hard to be worse compared to the care lots of people get. And let’s not even talk about insurance managing to tell you what care you can afford to get.

Trump wants to replace doctors with AI to determine whether Medicare patients get the care they need. A machine will have the ability to override a licensed doctor to deny care in order to increase profits. Make no mistake, this is a direct attack on Medicare.

@AskCapitalOne No- that’s not remotely what happened. I scheduled it when you sent out the statement, and then your STUPID system sent me an email about my payment being due and that I was all set with my scheduled payment. Like, other than not wanting anyone to read any messaged you send, why?
