Plaque is right there and the order of action is different. Should we not allow players to pick stud hi after razz in dealers choice too?

@AdamWeinraub @SavagePoker @WPT @WSOP Ended WPT partnership. No player of the series. 4 TDs in 6 years. No blogging or social media presence. Announcing schedules 5 days before series starts. No player perks like food. Increased rake. Commerce doesn’t want poker anymore. They want all baccarat.

Maybe @SavagePoker and @WPT can save this? Next to the @WSOP this was the best poker event in the country? Wtf happened?

@JoeHeinzmann @grumpedygroo @AllenKessler True but in cash games, you usually include the burns in the reshuffle and you DO burn again. So I understand the confusion. Tournaments also vary on what to do if this were the last draw with 1 short. Most places hand out burns. I think WSOP still does a full reshuffle.

Tricky tournament rules question. Second draw of triple draw. It gets to the last player on that round and they need two cards. The dealer only has two cards remaining, and the burn card. What procedure does the dealer use to complete this round and then the third draw?

@DannyGeyser @jerhamey @CommerceCasino No. But they only respond to bad publicity and lost revenue. They’ve already gotten us to accept higher rake and lost perks like food vouchers and PoS as the norm. Now they want all turbos with more rebuys. It’s nonstop squeezing blood from a stone.

@DannyGeyser @jerhamey @CommerceCasino Well….he’s trying to get a poker media outlet to write a story about the downtrending poker scene in LA to get more visibility on the issue and put pressure on venues. He’s doing a lot IMO.

@jerhamey @CommerceCasino Maybe not a dedicated marketing staff but SOMEONE behind the Commerce account recently posted pics of circuit winners, etc, and I appreciate that. I realize things have been going in the wrong direction, which is why I’m trying to help reverse that trend. How are you helping?

@jerhamey @CommerceCasino @BicycleCasino @PHPokerLV And then they blame us for not coming. They even throw up every roadblock possible when we want to start a cash game. They will continue to do this until they phase out tournaments completely and minimize poker at their venue overall.

@jerhamey @CommerceCasino @BicycleCasino This is what they want. Other places are happy to host events. @PHPokerLV just ran a great mixed game series. It was promoted, had PN live updates, and offered lowered rakes on cash games. Turnout exceeded their expectations. The 5 game TD mix got 70% more than CC HORSE ring evt.

Poker Community - For those who aren’t aware of what is happening in LA tournaments. After Tues, it is a graveyard. @CommerceCasino cut ties with one of the best TD’s in the country and then didn’t renew with WSOP. No WPT/WSOP stops for 2026 in LA. @BicycleCasino doesn’t have a scheduled tourney until March after $100k+ in overlays last series.
