TIL that when you 'delete' a chat in chatgpt, it just sends a PATCH request to /conversation/ endpoint with is_visible field set to false. i knew they won't delete your data, but this feels even more spooky now. doing "delete all" also just calls /conversations with the same payload 🤡🤡

name the bank i had a similar experience with ICICI recently as a multiple wealth management accounts holder, I was made to visit the bank more than the basic account holder for basic stuff like filing a home branch change request was made to run in circles: social media, customer care, local bank branch thankfully the local staff understands how frustrating it is

My 77 year old dad had a bad experience at a private bank. They made him go to a different branch in Jaipur heat only to find out it wasn't needed. I got so pissed that I went to two separate branches and gave written complaints against the two employees. Let's see what happens. If nothing, will tweet the entire complain letter next week.
