@amazon I called customer service, was told I would get a response from a higher office. Silence. I called again, sent photos, and got disconnected. I have heard nothing since. I have cancelled all of my subscriptions. Ordered nothing since. Fix this before we have to escalate.

@amazon UTTER FAIL. Your delivery person threw a package — which was clearly labeled with a lithium battery warning — over my fence. It exploded & was a huge, toxic mess.

@united Utter fail. There has been press for months on the disorganization at EWR. Still a nightmare. I am a million miler, having spent huge amounts on your airline over the past 30 years. My request for basic support was rejected. United should be ashamed.

39 years ago tonight, 12/19/85, I went to bed about 9 pm. An hour later than normal. I was 9. Dad wasn't home yet. Which was weird. Because it always took about 25-30 mins to drive home from San Marcos to Fallbrook after he called mom to say he was on his way.
