I had a wonderful morning yesterday at the Premier’s Annual Prayer Breakfast! A meaningful time to connect with friends, colleagues and members of the community through reflection and prayer.

Today, we pause to honour the International Day of Remembrance for Fallen Police Officers.

Gained valuable insights and meaningful experience at the Calgary Police Summit through engaging discussions with community and civic leaders including @Amtul , @CPS_Commission @JeromyYYC @cityofcalgary @katiemcllelan @calgarypolice and Michael Ewenson, Police Review Commission @YourAlberta . The summit provided an important platform to exchange ideas and strengthen collaboration toward safer, more inclusive communities in Calgary.

Today is Ash Wednesday, which marks the beginning of Lent. In the weeks ahead, more than 2 million Christians in Alberta will join others around the world in a period of prayer, reflection and preparation for Easter Sunday.   Faith plays an important role in the lives of many Albertans, strengthening families, supporting those in need, and helping build the strong communities we are proud to call home.   To all those observing Lent, I wish you strength and renewal during this meaningful season.

We had a highly engaging Annual Year-End Interview today with Danielle Smith, Premier of Alberta.
