@biancoresearch Bro. This was the final four just three years ago. Is this what we want? And NIL and portal were a thing 3 years ago also.

The Sweet 16 will be all power-conference schools: Big Ten, SEC, ACC, Big 12, and Big East. Since the field expanded to 64 in 1985, it has only happened twice: last year and this year. This year, we can now say it with three games left to finish, as they feature power conference schools playing each other. NIL + the transfer portal are hollowing out March Madness. The old Cinderella model is dying because mid-majors can’t keep the veteran cores that used to make these runs. Once those players establish themselves, they jump to bigger stages and bigger money at power-conference schools. The only double-digit seed left is No. 11 Texas. One of the richest athletic departments in college sports is not what comes to mind when you think “Cinderella.” A bracket with Siena, Miami (Ohio), Saint Louis, and/or High Point still alive would have felt a lot more like March Madness.

@Aegis007X @dividendgrowth1 @GuyAdami You have to remember, these types of people will never amount to anything in life. They are scared shitless of just about anything and don’t have a backbone. Essentially cockroaches

Casual fans don’t remember who won the trophy the years UMBC upset Virginia or when FDU upset Purdue. I consider myself far more than casual and couldn’t tell you who won the Natty those years. March Madness is built on “Madness” and upsets. It’s what makes it the best month on the sports calendar. This is an awful take.
Paul Zeise@PaulZeise

“Cinderella” has never been what makes the tournament great. What makes the tournament great is the best players on the best teams competing for the ultimate trophy. We should be celebrating the fact that the power teams are dominating it

Favorites went 16-0 yesterday. This year's first round had 13 of 32 games decided by 20+ points. High Point only true mid-major still alive, and its NIL is probably most of any team in 1-bid league. I hate to admit it, but due to NIL & transfer portal, Cinderellas may be dead.

As you realize the college sports you grew up with doesn’t exist anymore, it hits you that it may have all been a facade. The reason these teams below existed was largely to players being exploited with no ability to make money & punished for transferring. NIL introduced….cream rises to the top. In 2012 a guy who fell through the cracks in recruiting would spend 4 years at a mid major and develop there…not anymore. 80% of those players trickle up to make the major conference teams that were losing in 2008 better in 2026. College sports was prob better in 2010 but it was due to a model that unequivocally ripped off athletes. I am open to being wrong here, but the game has changed forever and what we watched years ago was fake.

Trump's voter base is unshakeable. 40%. Discussing their view on the Iran war is either stupid or deliberately dishonest. The question is what the MAHA people, the independents, the podcast listeners, and the young men are saying.

These cases are some of the most brazen fraud you will see. Given a free pass by Trump. In some cases, fraudsters pardoned or granted commutations during his first term went on to commit Ponzi schemes again.
Kenneth P. Vogel@kenvogel

Trump has granted clemency to more than 70 people convicted in fraud cases. At the same time, he says he is waging a "war on fraud." Those granted clemency included allies & donors. Those targeted in the "war on fraud" include Somali & other immigrants. nytimes.com/2026/03/19/us/…

Who cares what Kent says. He has contradicted his own positions. He contradicts open source publicly available intel on Iran. He was removed from briefings, due to him allegedly leaking intel. He was not part of the Iran planning, and current intel. He was an outsider. Leaking to who, Tucker, Candace, Megyn, Nick!! 🤔 Shockingly, the first place he runs to after resignation is his deep ties Tucker 🤔 gee, see a connection. Maybe go to a moderate or not friendly outlet, rather than your softball buddy Trucker. 🤔

Joe Kent tells Tucker Carlson that President Trump’s administration misled the world about Iran being an imminent threat. Kent says the real imminent threat came from Israel, which he claims was planning to strike Iran first, putting U.S. soldiers in harm’s way. He says this ultimately forced the United States to carry out a preemptive attack on Iran.
