@_CJSW It’s not the right practice. Airlines just squeeze their ground staff to the last drop of sweat, their working conditions are appalling, still they do a brilliant job, there are slip ups for sure but high time airlines or the other ground handling agencies start paying right.

@manishasinghal In a day they handle like thousands of bags. It's worse than donkeys job. Suprised technology hasn't found a more efficient way to handle this.

Aah! the big blue apparently pays Rs 15k pm to its ground staff am told. household staff is better paid🙏🏼 These people handle baggage of India’s largest airline-1800 flts per day-not justifying rough handling but high time airlines start paying ground staff their rightful dues!

@unraveaero @manishasinghal They pay 15-17k to the staff who work.. graduated staff who's into operations get barely 21k max. No pickup drop, nothing. We can't expect them to put our bags over belt like baby.

@AkasaAir You should focus taking people from hospitality and aviation rather than taking 12th passed who has no experience in handling people. Also how does a height matter if person can reach the height enough for taking out emergency equipment?
