If at first, you don’t succeed… My first attempt at Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Apple Band Tart were less than satisfactory, particularly aesthetically. So using the leftover pâte sucré, patisserie crème and puff pastry in a standard round tart pan , this made the grade 😊
