@da61007

A democracy can not exist as a permanent form of government; it can only last until voters discover they can vote themselves money from the public treasury.

@shimongor @RapidResponse47 Trump's "pressure first, talk later" tactic was clearly intended to end quickly so he could go back and boast about how great he was, but in the end, he gave away all his key bargaining chips

Tim Miller has such a severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome that has warped his peanut-sized brain that he’s starting to take Iranian state media as fact and peddle disinformation on their behalf. Maybe Tim should register under FARA for being an agent of a foreign country.
Tim Miller@Timodc

Trump's initial demand was unconditional surrender. The current MOU is open the strait that had been previously opened but under Iran control + withdraw our military. And then maybe after 2 months we can continue nuclear negotiations that had been happening before. Yikes.

When cornered by verifiable data and successful public policies, critics frequently abandon substantive debate and resort to vulgarity and personal attacks. This shift in tone serves as a direct indicator that their political arguments have collapsed under the weight of factual evidence. In municipal governance, this dynamic is highly visible when discussing the measurable milestones achieved under the current administration:The Data That Shuts Down the NoiseThe 18% Homelessness Decline: For the first time in two decades, Los Angeles has recorded consecutive years of declining street homelessness, directly driven by the Inside Safe initiative.21,000+ Placements: Over 21,000 individuals have been brought entirely indoors since December 2022, dismantling the narrative that local housing strategies are ineffective.A Balanced $14.85 Billion Budget: The city closed a massive deficit to deliver a balanced budget with zero layoffs of municipal workers, preserving vital public services.A $940 Million Commitment to LAFD: Funding for the Los Angeles Fire Department was increased to record levels, adding 40 new firefighters and critical wildfire response equipment for hill communities.Crime Reductions: All violent crime citywide has steadily dropped, with homicides plummeting 19% to levels not seen since 1966.When presented with these fiscal and operational realities, outside agitators and digital bots cannot counter with superior data. Instead, they weaponize misogynoir and vulgarity against leaders like Mayor Bass and Representative Maxine Waters because they cannot dispute a thriving $21.9 billion economy run by progressive, native daughters of Los Angeles.

It is an incredible honor to receive an endorsement from Congresswoman Maxine Waters. She has been one of the most powerful voices in Washington as Ranking Member of the House Financial Services Committee, opening the doors of banking and finance to Black and Brown communities who were locked out for generations.

Immigrants at Delaney Hall are on a hunger strike because they are fighting for their human rights. The conditions there are deplorable. We’re working with our partners in the state to bring an end to this nightmare and I’ll be going to Delaney Hall again to conduct oversight. Enough is enough - not in New Jersey, not anywhere.

@BeaverProgram @libsoftiktok At a quick glance, I thought that was Obama on his way to Iran to fund Iran's nuclear weapons program, and Trump wouldn't give him the gas to get there. Then I realized it's just another fuckwit leftist quisling....

@TheGrey08 Yet another failure to comprehend what I was saying. We all know the type of diversity you're speaking to. It is not present in this country today. When you posit that type of diversity, it misleads people into believing that's the diversity Democrats/Leftists espouse. It's not.

@da61007 Yet another utter failure to comprehend what I was saying lol. It's not about "leftists" or politics. It's about thought, ideas, different ways of living, different environment/geography, etc. A group of ppl working together for common goals who have different ideas IS STRENGTH.

@TheGrey08 That is not the definition of diversity as used by Democrats/Leftists. Only an individual ignorant of the politics of today would think so. This is the diversity Democrat/Leftists espouse, and it's nowhere near "our strength."

Career suicide for Jaxon Dart. He had so many more options but he chose to go down this path, introducing President Trump at an event. He could’ve strangled his personal chef (Stefan Diggs) or a family member (Xavier Worthy, Zay Jones & Drew Ogletree). DUI was an option (Jordan Addison). Assaulting someone after a car accident (Rashee Rice). He could’ve assaulted a woman she was pregnant with his child (Von Miller).

@perseusnovum @marklevinshow A lot of folks avoided the draft during Vietnam, anyway they could. Bill Clinton, Joe Biden, and yes, Donald Trump, among thousands of others. Many of the anti-war Democrat/Leftists fled the country to Canada. NO BALLS. In the photo below we have Dems/Leftists. Same then as now.

Colbert got cancelled because CBS’ owner wanted to suck up to Trump. Over and over, billionaires are auctioning off our 1st Amendment. This isn’t about the rights of a TV host. It’s about all our rights to live in a country where the president doesn’t dictate who says what.
