I think only net tax payers should be able to vote. Anyone who receives most of their income from the government should not be able to vote (including government employees) I'm also fine with poll taxes to weed out people who are unserious about politics. Poll taxes predate America's founding so I don't understand the claim they are racist. Quality of voters > quantity of voters.

It’s time for street vendor reform in NYC. Tomorrow, the City Council is voting on a bill (Intro 431-B) that will do just that (and help with halal-flation). My Administration will make sure the work doesn’t stop with this bill and guarantee we process new licenses, staff our enforcement agencies, and allow street vendors—the heart of New York City—to operate with dignity.
