Absolutely. And they have a dozen more classic records. More than many who are already in. I am proud of what we have accomplished at the Rock Hall, bringing attention to the more obscure artists. But the original voters never respected the Pop stars. Unless it was Michael Jackson or Madonna or someone that would help the tv ratings. Or else Tommy would be in, Herman's Hermits, Paul Revere & the Raiders, Junior Walker & the All Stars, the Searchers, the Raspberries, and Badfinger would all be in. It was an argument we had all the time until they threw me out.
Scott Jones@BScooter

@StevieVanZandt Why don’t Tommy James and the Shondells get more respect? “Mony, Mony” alone should be enough to earn them a spot in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Robert Englund just shared this incredible vintage photograph over on Instagram. That's Englund in full Freddy Krueger costume at the Texxas Jam ‘87 concert event at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas, Texas. Dream Warriors had come out four months prior. Freddy was a rockstar.

@Ticket_Help2022 even better, if your ticket price offering isn’t in Stubhub’s preferred range, you get effectively delisted by not appearing under “recommended.” Which feels like a way to cut competition out from what could be Stubhub’s own first party seller accounts.

Stubhub often has listings that are labeled as “sponsored” that are always on the top. Are these listings actually just Eric Bakers scalping team putting their listings on top?
Wall Street Apes@WallStreetApes

The CEO of StubHub exposed in SEC documents to own a hedge fund thats scalping millions of tickets on StubHub making a fortune Everything is a scam “StubHub bills itself as an online marketplace for fans where they can buy and sell tickets, but it turns out that StubHub CEO himself also has a hedge fund that is scalping millions of dollars worth of its own tickets” “The company went public on the New York Stock Exchange last fall. They had to file documents to the Securities and Exchange Commission, and in those SEC filings, we find some interesting information. The CEO, Eric Baker, actually owns and manages a hedge fund by the name of Andro Capital. Its business: selling millions of dollars worth of tickets on StubHub — So essentially, StubHub and its CEO are in the business of mass scalping” Here’s a step by step of how the scam works - StubHub CEO’s Andro Capital buys large numbers of tickets, sometimes in bulk from primary sellers, other brokers and events - They then list and sell those same tickets on StubHub at much higher prices - When fans buy the tickets, Andro makes a profit on the price difference, this is the scalping markup - StubHub helps them by handling the listing, pricing and delivery of the tickets, sometimes with special arrangements or lower fees for Andro The result is millions of dollars in ticket sales flow through Andro on StubHub, and the profits go back to the hedge fund that StubHub CEO Baker owns and manages It means with his big money and influence he can move in early, gets the tickets for events, then mark them and rob everyone blind

@ChristophBauer @tillmatthis @asymco Atmos and Sony 360 are both available on Amazon Music. In terms of home listening, there’s no way to stream 24/192 on Apple Music without an Apple device physically wired somewhere in your audio stack. Spotify tops out at 24/44.1.

Yes, it is insane how crazy good music is on apple music and how cheap it is today to have "audiphile" experiences. Apple did something amazing here. They also have lossless for everyone!! Insane! What puzzles me is how many "tech-influencers" even do not get how big the difference is in quality between Spotify and Apple Music. Spotify has great experience, but the quality is really a lot inferior to Apple Music. Another thing that drives me mad is, reviews like: "The Apple Airpods Max really don't sound that great" and you see them using Spotify. Yeah. They sound as good as Spotify can sound. The experience these thigns give you on Apple Music with Dolby is soooooooo good. Pure luxury how widely available and relatively affordable this has become,
P@_ptonik

discovered dolby atmos remasters recently and I regret to inform you that music apparently has been in black and white this whole time. even on my budget, sub $1k setup (2x sonos era 300s) albums i've heard 500 times suddenly grew a third dimension, almost making me cry. WHY IS NOBODY TALKING ABOUT THIS. switched from spotify to apple music purely for this and I'd do it again in front of daniel ek's family. its insanely good - do yourself a favor and go hear it.

Ever since @Ticketmaster has made these changes hurting fans demanding biometric data, and blocking fans with browsing activity paused, @saumil has completely disappeared and despite gaslighting many people, was the only person from Ticketmaster who responded. Is he on vacation? Was the account a PR Stunt that wasn’t going well anymore?

Almost want to apologize for my photo indirectly drawing @StevenACohen2 back into this hellsite but A) Mets Twitter remains best Twitter (alongside Bob Twitter) and B) glad he’ll be speaking soon. Cohen, not Dylan. Though I’d love a comment on the guitarist situation... #Mets

@Jamesongordon2 @Mets Nah I’m a Yankee fan. Glad to be a fan of a team that doesn’t have a pride night or doesn’t have pride flags in their stadium. They focus on baseball & don’t have to fire their manager.

Security took his first “Fire Stearns” sign, so this guy quickly made a second smaller one, and was rewarded with a police escort out of the stadium to supportive crowd chants of, you guessed it, “Fire Stearns.” #Mets
