@24HourMaths OK, 1km and 1/(2pi) metres N of the S pole (cos that gives a 1m circumference circle to get dizzy around 1000 times). (or 1000/(2pi) metres N, or any other distance that gives you a circumference that is a factor of 1000m)

@RailDeliveryGrp How do I surrender my season ticket if I'm not allowed out to the station?

For season tickets, the refund process remains the same as before. You need to surrender the ticket and a £10 admin fee will be charged. Remember, after a certain period, a season ticket will have little or (in some cases) no refund value because of the discount given.

Generally, people should not be travelling by train. The current reduced timetable is being run to ensure key workers can get to where they are needed. If you have a ticket you won't be using (including Advance), you can contact your retailer to get a full fee-free refund.

@LNRailway Thanks - confusing cos I thought I'd missed my train, then saw the departures board and presumed I'd missed an earlier train, and could just jump on the delayed trian due in a minute, then realised that you'd stuffed up twice. it's been an emotional rollercoaster

@LNRailway please don't shut the train doors until everyone is on. Hearing the beeps when I'm queuing to get through the door is unnecessarily stressful. Closing the door on me as I'm getting on is dangerous. Shutting the doors on your customers won't make the train leave earlier
