I just received an email with my ⁦@Uber⁩ fare and the intro was 20% of the fair is California tax. Looks to me like more than 20% of the base fare and total is a booking fee. @uber don’t try to blame the state when the number do not lie!

A quick poll. Do you think ski pants and jackets are part of ski gear? @SouthwestAir doesn’t think so, nor do they understand that skiers actually have multiple pairs of skis. Apparently one can no longer check a ski bag with multiple skis or any clothes in the bag.

@SouthwestAir How is a ski jacket and pants (which are branded her ski team) not equipment?

@SouthwestAir why do you care what goes into a ski bag. Seriously making my kid repack her bag because she had ski clothes as well as her skis and boots is ridiculous. I get the less than 50 pounds but does it really make a difference if there are clothes in the bag too?

@GMC No need. It had 180k and not worth the cost of repairs. We loved the car. Highly recommend.

Sad day today. We sent our @GMC Acadia to pasture. She was an amazing vehicle and we will miss her. 8 passengers on road trips, in the snow, school field trips, too many snack bags to throw away. She was amazing and had a great life. We drove her until we could drive her anymore

@Verizon @VerizonSupport what’s with the hatred of Northstar Ski Resort? For some reason this year there is zero service on the mountain (that happens to have cell towers at the summit). It’s become a safety issue because one can’t even call ski patrol. Please fix!!!
