@MatznerJon @MatznerJon What does a sucker mean? Based on that definition. The question might be: Is buying a business on an open market make you a sucker? The answer probably depends on off/open market conditions.

@MichaelGarciaTW @caseyfabling Tell them to invest like 50 bucks a month in lucid.app. It will make those diagrams way easier to create, modify and share

@HarryStebbings @jasonlk @dharmesh @levie @gokulr Today and always if you care about building wealth sustainable you should join a bootstrap profit + cashflow-focused company that minimum grows 2X Rev YoY. I wonder what is the percentage of people that fail at building wealth by joining unicorns.

@ChrisRamsey60 From your perspective, What is the quality of each set of hours requirement in relation to its intended purpose?

@sweatystartup Amazing thread Nick. I won’t nitpick on the parts I disagree with :)
English

@sweatystartup Dear (Fellow) Founders: This is mostly terrible advice you should ignore.

@marceloclaure @marceloclaure I agree with this one 100% if someone ever complains about their "luck". The good news is that there are a lot of hard working young people that understand that it takes hard work and make choices to achieve certain sucess. We have several examples in our team.

It bothers me when I hear young employees talk about work/life balance at an early stage of their lives. Work your butt off at the beginning, make money, save it and then later in life aim for work/life balance as you will need it with kids and partners etc. this is my POV

@nathanbarry Thanks so much I have been thinking/looking for something like this for a long time. Do you have suggestions to read over implementation of each quadrant?

I believe The ConvertKit Method is the perfect model for bootstrapped startup compensation.
If you adopt parts of this, let me know!

@DenehyXXL @DenehyXXL what is your answer to an employee or team member that tells you they believe in work life balance? How do you hold them accountable if you are working towards objectives that require high performance?
