Why doesn’t anyone st @united understand what “United Signature Service” is? I booked it, the website says it includes United Club access, but passes were taken from my account. Worse, I’m getting a circle jerk of everyone pretending they don’t understand the problem

@united United Signature Service on 13Apr. The GAC rep wasn’t aware of United Club access. Line was long, used two club passes. Later confirmed access. GAC says United’s problem, Club says Mile+ problem, they say Club’s problem. Need my 2 passes back

@BMO_US my disable son used debit card for a single purchase. There’s two identical charges, same business, amount, day. Merchant shrugs shoulders. BMO says too bad for you, card was present both times. Ever hear of a skimmer? This is customer protection?

@garyleff I'm so confused why it took @Boeing literally years to do this. Maybe they should have been fired as soon as the reasons for the crashes that killed hundreds on two nights were known? Idk maybe I'm just too quick to assign blame.

Ironically since the public sector employs more of the work force than the private sector since the ‘70’s, and virtually all public jobs have pensions….

@ILTollway Why bother offering the option to email questions? Even the most generic inquiries receive a response (weeks later) that the customer should call or stop in instead. My transpndr has passed the expiration date do i need a new one. How is answering that a privacy issue?

Don’t you just hate when you pay for next day, you call the vendor @oofos and rather than look at the order, lectures you about having to place the order before 2pm? But it was placed at 10am. Then they fail to ship the promised replacement that day.

All my life I’ve tried to use music to bring people together. Yet it saddens me to see how misinformation is now being used to divide our world.   I’ve decided to no longer use Twitter, given their recent change in policy which will allow misinformation to flourish unchecked.
