@alexhornbyrail @EastMidRailway I’ve been on one of the new trains twice now. First time the door failed and we had to wait 20 mins for a fix. Clearly a known issue as they had an engineer on the train. At least the WiFi works though. It doesn’t on the rest of the fleet!

@BusAndTrainUser @EastMidRailway are utterly incompetent. Travelled from Sheffield on the 1751 today: the train was massively overcrowded from the start. They couldn’t organise extra carriages. They knew in advance it would be crowded. Usual contempt for passengers.
