@Specsavers - one of your stores is refusing to refund within the 100 day time frame even though your agent and website says this is the policy. They promised to call back on Monday with a solution. It is now Friday. Why are there inconsistency in your policies?

@CitizensAdvice @WhichUK was given 14 days to respond to a letter for breach of contract but you have chosen to ignore me. It was sent on the 17th. It’s crazy that a company who is meant to be on the consumers side is ripping customers off themselves. @CitizensAdvice please can you help again?

@WhichUK you miss-sold a membership plan to me. You promised to explain why I suddenly lost access to the money line even though i was told me it was included, hence I paid the premium for years. You were meant to investigate. It has been weeks and there has been no response!

@British_Airways my avois points have all vanished and the BA app told me to sign up again. I did and it gave me a new id with 0 points?! Where have my points all gone???! I had more than enough points for long haul flights!!!

@VirginActiveUK can you replace the worn/broken parts on the reformer machines at Swiss Cottage? Mentioned it in feedback but nothing has been done. It’s a health hazard as the straps are uncomfortable/rough and the head piece does not stay in place as it’s broken.

@VirginActiveUK what has happened to the Mayfair club? shower area by the sauna was infested by drain flies which means basic hygiene levels are not being met. The shower hot water is hit and miss and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers are 90% of the time empty or not working

@ThreeUKSupport 12GB. I never use it all, or even come close to, apart from when I’m not in the country which is understandable. I’m at home 90% of the time on the WiFi which my tv also runs off with no recent faults
