If you read the book of Acts, nothing is more clear than the fact that at the beginning of each religion (Christianity and Rabbinic Judaism), they were diametrically opposed - murderously so on one side. And yet, we're to believe they created a "western world" together?

Gay people aren’t demonized because they’ve actually done something wrong, they’re demonized because religion told people to do that. People use it as an excuse to be terrible to others. If someone is dying, they say “I’ll pray for you” or “this is gods plan”. They don’t even offer help.

David did it. Our Lady did it. The Apostles did it. And our Lord did it. It is the path to true and lasting holiness. None of us have any excuse.
